Marv's May Class

Well I had the pleasure of going to a design class in May done by one of the masters of Caricature Marv Kaisersatt .In this class you come with your own idea .Anyways my carving is a sidewalk installer that has his one foot already stuck in the concrete and the other is headed into the concrete splashing the concrete out .he also has that oh crap look on his face . So the first day you make a clay model of your carving then from that you get a pattern to cut out your basswood block to start your carving .These pics here are my carving in progress  .I will have pics of finished carving up in the
                                                      next couple days
